The poor kid definitely needs attending to.  Why people pay so little attention to their surroundings or even their own lives is beyond me.  |

Plenty of stupidity to go around on this one, except for the kid who was an innocent victim. The dumb bint definitely should have kept better control of the kid, but who was the driver - Helen Keller?

Look at that! First the mom cares so little she walks 10+ feet ahead of the child, even looking back at her a few times, but not so concerned to take the child by the hand and lead her out of the street to safety. And all of a sudden she is angry and putting hands on a man for accidentally hitting the child in the middle of the road.  |
