I'm sorry, but how do you get that wrong? It was only 100kph. Just yesterday I was doing the same speed on a wet highway, when a broom blew off the truck in front of me and onto the road. All you need to do is *brake*. Don't swerve. Just brake. Some folks seriously need to have their licenses revoked and start over.

Clearly the asshole in the red car was angry because the asshole in the camera car was blocking the fast lane and gave him a little brake job causing him to panic and lose control. Good thing he has the camera to show the cops and the court when he sues.

He might not get much of anything, since he lost control of his own vehicle without making contact with the vehicle in front. He also failed to brake sooner to put more distance between him and the car in front. Around these parts, if someone cuts you off, it's still your obligation to maintain prudential distance.

I think it can be proven that the asshole in the red car made a reckless maneouver by hitting his brakes aggressively causing the asshole in the camera car to lose control.  |

not a chance that would be proven in court...the driver of the red car was guilty of being an ass hole but that's about it...the only aggressive maneouver was from the driver of the camera car over reacting to the driver in the red car slightly hitting their brakes.
