Scooter's fault for hiding behind a turning vehicle, then pulling out. Also noticed the driver immediately stopped, rendered assistance, and placed person in right position to avoid choking if he vomits. Good work.

The truck ran a red light. The cars going in the camera cars direction got the green light before the truck even enters the intersection.
