That chinese bmw driver didn't come close to passing the truck. Even if he had poor peripheral vision, all he needed to do was swivel his head to see the truck was next to him.   |

The truck did speed up as the car overtook, but I don't think that is any excuse for the car's driving. It was pretty dumb.
