I must be missing something because I can't understand how the car would be at fault. Surely the cyclist is for speeding and not watching the flow of traffic/intersections? The car was turning and was in the right to do so, the cyclist is wrong. Unless traffic rules differ greatly in my country. |

Exactly, the car was turning. Vehicles turning have to give way to those going straight on - otherwise stuff like that happens! Although not entirely the car drivers fault due to the speed of the bike and the fact that it didn't have any lights on. |
