the biker is doing the right thing, obviously, but he needs to tough it up a little. he's acting like a priest or something. you've got it on tape. just pull up behind the douche and call the cops already, no need to get into an argument with the douche or give some mild reprimand, clearly the douche is on a different intelligence level and will not comprehend anything.
