Biker Dies After Hitting a Scooter and a Road Divider with His Head
In spite of the increasing number of accidents, the wearing a helmet rule is still not followed in many places in India. In some places it is ridiculed for non-compliance. Frequent traffic police urges bikers to wear helmets. The young biker died on the spot in a horrific accident after he hit a road divider with his head. On Sunday morning a scooter slowly crossed an intersection without looking to his right making it difficult for the speedy biker to control his bike and therefore crashed into the scooter. The biker was thrown several feet away and hit the divider with his head and died on the spot. In the CCTV video, you can see that the youth was not wearing a helmet. If he had a helmet, the young man could have survived. Traffic police frequently urge youth to wear helmets to prevent such incidents. Traffic rules have been tightened. However, many youths don't really care and are very vain and stupid as fuck. |

How would that work? And the idea of wearing a hat with multiple small explosive caches inside doesn't sound all that safe.

hmmmm.... not sure about that detail but im sure the tech people can figure it out. Army even figured out big bombs that buffers one side and the blast only goes to the other side. Maybe just something that works like those airbag jackets.
