Euro student driver instruction manuals warn of being dazzled by approaching headlights. Maybe this is what happens when you are dazzled in Europe. Hmm. I don't know. The date stamp on the vid is US format. |

Is it customary in that country for motorists who were not involved in an accident but merely are passing by it to activate their hazard lights when they continue on their way?

I love how people just seem to fall from the sky when these kinds of things happen. Within minutes, there is like 40 people wondering around looking at the poor dead guy laying in the road. All of them trying to see some blood, brains, bones, maybe an eyeball or two but they are all looking. Deep inside we are all gore hounds, from the toddler to the great grandmother, we all look.
