I was expecting it to fall on his neck not be rested there gently like it was. He’s lucky it didn’t do serious damage to his neck and turn him into a quadriplegic..  |

I was a gym junkie for years & you see this happening all the time on the bench pres, especially when there's a pretty girl around  (& no I'm not saying that fat assed hairy backed asian / chinese chick was special)It's funny to watch all the punks start piling on the plates & bam, they get stuck, or grab other free weights that are way too heavy for them to use effectively & end up fucking themselves up. Not the first or last, I'm afraid ! |
