Why does everyone comment that she "throws" or "breaks" her phone? She held on to her phone the whole time. She threw some food that was on the counter at the guy. If that were to happen here in the State of Washington the victim of the food assault would have every right to defend himself and throw the food back at her. She would be charged with 3rd degree Assault. |
