They could be "Organ Reclamation Units" on road patrol for easy pickings. Only takes 2 minutes to carve out a kidney, ya know!

Yeah - witness the Mexican lady who had an on-line romance with a man in Peru. She decided to take a trip to his home to visit last week, annnnnnnnd... ...she was killed and her organs harvested. A van rolls up and scoops up the pricey stuff. |
