Accident on the Crossing in Qinzhou City Where Helmet Actually Comes in Handy
I apologize for the long story. Didn't have the patience to edit it. Where were they when there's that unexplained murder or accident? Maybe this partially makes up for it. I did edit it somewhat in order to make more sense. (ho-hum) On March 24th, the five battalions of the traffic police detachment of Qinzhou City Public Security Bureau handled a two-wheeled motorcycle traffic accident involving a small car. The accident caused the motorcycle driver to be hit by more than ten meters. Fortunately, the safety helmet protects the head and the ground's direct contact. At 16:00 on the same day, the 5th team received the instructions of the 110 Command Center of the Municipal Bureau: A small passenger car hit a motorcycle in Longjing Avenue, Qinzhou Port Area, Qinzhou City. One person was injured and needed police to report to. After receiving the police call, the police immediately rushed to the scene. The police who arrived at the scene found that a small passenger car with a serious frontal stop was parked in the right lane, and a falling motorcycle was parked in front of it, leaving behind the flower belt, and a broken helmet. In order to prevent the occurrence of a second accident, the police immediately placed the safety warning sign and surveyed the site. After inquiring about the passenger car driver and picking up the in-vehicle driving recorder, the police learned that the car went straight on Longyan Avenue before the accident, and the motorcycle crossed the road from east to west on the zebra crossing, because the passenger car did not pass through the zebra crossing. The deceleration in advance caused the full impact to be avoided. The passenger car directly hit the motorcycle for more than ten meters, and the motorcycle driver fell heavily on the ground. The accident caused the two vehicles to be damaged to varying degrees. The motorcycle driver had multiple bruises and slight concussions. Fortunately, the safety helmet protection prevented the head from being directly impacted, which did not lead to more serious consequences. Finally, after the site investigation, the police officers temporarily detained the two vehicles according to law, and the on-site traffic was restored. The accident is still under investigation. |
