8 seconds. From stop to when they get out of the car. 8 seconds. I imagine hitting someone who...came out into the street the way he did...impact...gave them a shock for a few seconds. They then left their car and were probably saying things like he just came out of nowhere! He just rode in to the street and I couldn’t stop. Something like that.  |
