Call me crazy but if I were that guy in the white shirt and I saw a toddler walking by herself out into the street, I'd stop her.

I had a close call at that age . A car that looked just like the neighbors car pulled in and I did what I always did and cycled up behind it on my bigwheel. As soon as my front wheel touched the cars bumper the car began backing up. The only other memory of that is back in my moms room and the emts checking me out to make sure I wasn't seriously hurt. And I wasn't. My bike was screwed though. |
