Notice the car passes but cuts in to fast, more than likely fish tails enough to ***** the yellow truck over to the shoulder hence the collision. Car may have even tagged the yellow truck.

Don't believe that was a truck that rear ended the red trailer either--windshield was to low to have been a truck and very little damage to the trailer .
