Re: 2 People on a Bike Hit Hard by a Car at an Intersection
Dude on motorcycle just cruises by at 1:10 and doesn't help. Man life is cheap in Brazil. Driver of the accident motorcycle will lose that right leg for sure. Doubt they'll even be able to count the number of fractures. Passenger has a compound fracture of her right tibia.

Re: 2 People on a Bike Hit Hard by a Car at an Intersection
It's because in the big cities there is a lot of motorcycle theft, and sometimes the criminals set up traps like this scene, when they pretend to have been in an accident, just to get up, point a gun at you and take your bike. To have an idea, in capitals like São Paulo, after midnight, the traffic lights don't turn red or green, they just blink yellow the whole time, until it's like 5:00 AM or so. They do this so you don't need stop in a red light and get your bike stolen. Other types of crime at this time are uncommon... |
