that spray was probably the tire bursting. (or looking at the car model, it was probably the lower radiator hose damaged by the motorcycles wheel or something that gave off steam). at the moment of that spray, the other guy slid away from the wheel while the other is still in the bumper part of the car. this is a case that even a slow car can also kill if the driver do not have presence of mind and good reflexes. the driver was probably looking that way (immediate lane) and was already looking the other way (farther opposite lane) when startled by sudden impact. and probably floored the gas instead of the brakes. |

i think the bike driver may of even survived that due to the car going over the bike first,so the car would not of gone over him with all its weight.
