1 Killed, 2 Injured in Five-car Crash Inglewood, CA
One person died and two others sustained injuries in a fiery five-car crash on Florence Avenue on Monday, February 10. According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the crash happened around 4:40 p.m. along the 500 block of East Florence Avenue. Five vehicles were involved in the incident, Inglewood Police Department said. A video from a local news source showed four of the cars heavily damaged, with one appearing charred. One of the vehicles had a tarp covering the back end. First responders arrived on the scene to found several cars on fire. One of the drivers involved succumbed to injuries sustained as a result of the incident, police stated. No description of the person was available. A surveillance video captured the crash. It showed a pickup truck making a left turn in the intersection. Then another vehicle slammed into the truck at high speed, and bursts into flames. The reason behind the incident is under investigation, police stated. |

I wish this was recorded at a higher frame rate. The guy was going so fast, it appeared at first, the vehicle was struck by an unseen force. It kind of got on my nerves, so I had to download it offa here & enhance it a bit. blurrier; but I can see there's definitely a fast car doing some serious T-Boning. |
