Stop blaming the woman, people; a woman's bodily-functions mastication symphonies are heavenly mana upon the Earth's inhabitants—to the privileged cognoscenti, that is. It is not the woman who is uncivilized—it is capitalist America, because it does not provide easily accessible public toilets to the esurient masses. The irony of living in a nonpareil shithole, and yet you cannot take a dump anywhere safely, lest either death or police befall you... unless you patronize a business and shit in it. P.S. The woman could have been under the influence; if she can be blamed for anything, it is lack of prudence—if not sheer stupidity. Personally—full of patriotic fervor—I would have taken a shit right behind the metal door with the red caution sign—but without going down the steps onto the tracks. Fuck your ersatz civilization. As one very familiar with Manhattan, KG is absolutely correct about the lack of public toilets, and businesses typically insist that you spend money before they will let you use their facilities. That said, the lady did go too far down the tracks. Sometimes safety needs to be prioritized over privacy. |
