Bagua - Perú A violent incident ended in tragedy yesterday afternoon in the Puente Nieva area. What began as a dispute over an unpaid bill at a local bar escalated into a double homicide and the subsequent death of the alleged assailant at the hands of the community.

I'd like to know how it escalated from the (presumed) perp lying on the ground in relatively good condition with the guy putting on latex gloves to retrieve the gun from his pants to them beating the living fuck out of him. The crowd didn't seem to be super worked-up at that point.
