Dad Lets Minor Son Operate Jet Ski Which Crashes with Rowing Boat Killing Minor
A russian man from the Perm region will be sent to a penal colony for the fact that his 11-year-old son, operating a jet ski, killed another minor in a rowing boat he collided with. The tragedy occurred back in September last year on the Mulyanka River. The 48-year-old father entrusted the control of a powerful jet ski to his 11-year-old son but the young boy had neither a license nor the skills to operate the jet ski.  At some point, the teenager lost control of the jet ski and crashed into a rowing boat. The impact was so strong that the boat's passenger, also a minor, was thrown overboard. Efforts to save him failed. The injuries he sustained were fatal. The other minor in the rowing boat sustained injuries but survived. The court found the parent guilty of causing death by negligence. He will spend the next year in a general-regime correctional colony. In addition, he was deprived of the right to operate small vessels for one and a half years. |

It must have been really funny for the kid on the jet-ski, with the body of the poor one on the rowing boat acting as a jumping ramp  |

In the video, is that a SUNKEN BARGE under the water? Wonder what happened in THAT accident? You can tell that EVERYONE local to this area, are just "Prairie Folk" who are unused to handling ANY watercraft.
