Re: Young Man Fatally Gored by the Bull
I agree with most of what you said but disagree on the issue of cats. I think they are social animals, look at lions for example. Smaller cats like wild cats here in Scotland also hang around together in groups even when they are unrelated. Domestic cats can often seem aloof compared to dogs, but personality plays apart aswell. I've had cats that are just as sociable as the dogs I had. I don't agree either that lions usually end up attacking their owners. I think there is a bias involved in that perception because it rarely gets in the news if a lion doesn't attack its owner. There is a difference in hunting technique also which means dogs tend to hunt in packs but cats tend to hunt alone. I'm not arguing my point just to be argumentative or to put your post down, I genuinely believe in what I'm saying. I liked reading your long post btw. It was interesting.

Re: Young Man Fatally Gored by the Bull
Peruvians didn't get the "Fiesta Brava" right, the only two countries where Bullfighting was practiced in its original form were Spain (Still practiced) and Mexico (Banned now) The moment a bullfighter is attacked by the bull the other bullfighters run to help him and get between him and the bull to distract it and stop its attack so the bullfighter can be taken to safety. These guys were cowards that didn't dare to get between bull and "bullfighter", they are amateurs not professionals so it is expected they end up dead quite frequently. They're clowns who should know better. |
