I always wonder in these cases whether they can feel their heart stop beating before they collapse. It seems like they’d be able to, yet you rarely see them give any indication something is wrong before collapsing.

I think you don't feel your heart stopping, just that you notice a decreased blood flow and suddenly you lose consciousness. Like when you stand up too fast and feel dizzy. Only this dizziness gets worse until you black out.

Why give statistics that tell us nothing?

Cardiac arrest deaths among the youth in India seem to be on the rise. In Gujarat state, between June and November 2023, 1,052 people were officially reported to have died of a heart attack, with 80% of them aged 11 to 25.

What was the number in 2022? What % was the increase? Completely useless data without that info.
This is probably why. People that suffered covid and are not completely covid virus free. Long Covid and yet do the things they used to do plus more western diet in India.
