Apr 18, 2023, Churu, India: 22-year-old farmer was cut into pieces in 20 seconds, due to which he died painfully A 22-year-old farmer was cut into pieces in 20 seconds after coming under the thresher while extracting wheat in Alsubah field in village Mitasar of Sardarshahar tehsil. The accident was so horrific that the part of the farmer from his head to his knees got crushed in the machine and he died on the spot. The incident took place in Rohi of Mitasar village of Sadarshahar tehsil at around 3 am on Tuesday. The whole body of the farmer went inside the thresher. Only the part below the knees remained outside. The machine pulled 22-year-old farmer Shishpal inside before the family members could try to save him. The thresher's roller cut S.'s body into thousands of pieces from head to knees. The head, both hands, torso and the part up to the knees were crushed in an iron roller. His intestines got wrapped around the roller. The accident happened so quickly that even S.'s slippers did not come out of the claws hanging out of the machine. Kaluram, the brother of the deceased, told that along with family member Sheeshpal, 5 family members were involved in extracting wheat. In the thresher, S. pushed a pulley very hard. During this, his hand got stuck and there was a loud sound from the thresher. On Tuesday morning, after getting the information at the police station, at 11:00 am, head constable Omprakash reached the spot with the police uniform and inquired about the incident and removed the mutilated body from the thresher. Head Constable Omprakash of Sardarshahar Police Station told that after getting information about the accident, he has reached the spot, the brother of the deceased farmer has reported that due to darkness, a big accident has happened due to getting trapped inside the machine. The dead body reached the spot has been taken out from the thresher. After getting the post-mortem done on the spot, the dead body has been handed over to the relatives. The deceased S.J. of Mitasar village was unmarried. The deceased was the youngest of four brothers. After getting the information of the incident, the whole village is immersed in passion. Brother, parents are in bad condition by crying. People are trying to pacify the family members of the village.   |

I wonder if he was wearing gloves or a long sleeved shirt... You shouldn't ever wear those when operating a machine like that, because they get caught on a moving part, and then this happens.
