Young Biker Dies Hitting a Pole After Being Bumped by Redlight Running Cop
Paraguay, P.J.C.A. (22), was travelling on his bike, while the uniformed police officer A.S, travelling in a Toyota bumped the biker causing him to crash into a pole. A forensic doctor diagnosed as the cause of death of the motorcyclist head trauma and multiple fractures. According to witnesses, the police officer, crossed the red light and hit the motorcyclist. The Public Ministry will look for the images of the closed circuit of shops in the area in order to determine the responsibilities in the fatal event.    |

Mitigating circumstance - the kid on that motorcycle was movin'. Cop likely didn't see him and clipped the bike. Doesn't make the cop any less liable for causing the crash, just saying. Here in the states there would be a herd of attorneys and subject matter experts dissecting what percentage of the crash was the rider's fault due to his "negligent speeding" prior to contact.

  At what point in your delusional brain did it look like it was "A guarantee" that he was speeding? If you play back the clip, you will notice there is another motorcycle passing by at almost a second or two after. Going about the same speed. He could have been only going about 35-45mph for all we know, and a hit like that will almost still for sure kill you. Fuck off with your "collateral damage" bullshit. It's not like this kid was street racing, running from the cops, etc. He was just minding his own business. The only guaranteed thing here is how much if an imbecile you are.    |

~ Alot of law enforcement officers consider theirselfs entitled to cross a red light regardless of the impending consequences. Since they can always claim they were going to an emergency call.
