Colombia, A group of people who were in a pool hall lynched an armed robber with blows and shots.

J. A. N. R, who would have turned 21 yesterday was shot twice in the head with the same weapon that he used to rob the place last Sunday.

The robbery and lunching happened around 1 the morning, when some people were playing pool and drinking liquor in the commercial establishment.

In security camera footage it can be seen when the robber and another man who was accompanying him, arrived on a motorcycle, left it parked and went inside the pool hall.

J. A. N. R, without taking off his helmet and carrying a revolver, and his accomplice, reach the second floor where the pool hall is located and intimidate people with the intention to rob.

When J. A. N. R. approached a table where 4 men were, one of them took advantage of his carelessness and rushed to disarm him.

At that moment a shot was fired by J. A. N. R. and he hit one of the men in the left foot and this provoked a more violent reaction from the clients, who after disarming him, began to beat him and shot him. The accomplice escaped.

How desperate these people must be to go around robbing others? So many videos on this site and its always the same thing, solo or a couple attempting to rob a business and getting killed in the process.

Too bad they didn't film the lunching. Those folks must have worked up quite an appetite after all that exercise.

At :52 in the video the robber's partner books it out of the pool hall once realizing the robbery has gone south. One of the pool hall patrons chases him down the stairs and then seems to knock himself unconscious by hitting his head at the bottom of the stairs. We see him hit his head, then fall to the ground. I guess the other guy ended up getting away.

Also at 1:03 the lady behind the counter is either cheering the crowd on or she's just giddy from all the action taking place.
