Looks like someone switched the machine on as it suddenly started to shake. That’s what Lockout Safety Systems are for, but not there obviously. Those primary jaw crushers don’t care what or who is in there and the close side setting was probably set at around 6 inches wide. He was a fucking fool for going in there, but hey, he made the choice and paid the price.  |
