It would have been instantaneous. See those sparks coming out? Those are from the carbon in that human body binding with the offgassed 02 to form CO2. The big rush of flame is from the fats, and beneath that flame you can see green and blue from the oxidizing phosphorus and calcium. The entire body disintegrated not just from the heat but from the chemical reactions of organic matter meeting hot molten iron. He was literally pulled apart atom by molecule.
