The guy narrating from the rooftop said he was applying a tinted film on the glass roof, and using a "butterfly knot" technique to reduce the fall risk (like shortening the rope to the necessary lenght everywhere you go). But due to laziness, he let the rope too long, the glass broke, he fell from too high, compromising the harness.
