Well that was human error all the way. even if this wasn't on this site, I would NEVER in a million years step in front of a a machine like that while it was RUNNING to try to get a load that was somehow stuck, unstuck.  |

Several safety steps missing, first the machine doesn't have a grate or doors to keep people from falling in, second the idiot needed to stay clear until the machine was done, third any panic button to stop the equipment in case of an emergency, and finally non-skid shoes required for the next guy.  |
