I’d love to see a video where rescuers have the thing fully inflated, the jumper hits it, bounces off, and lands a few blocks away. They’d still die but it would be fun to watch.

If car airbags can do it, seems the same tech could be scaled up and applied to these. Right? I don't know.. maybe not. Google says airbags use a chemical called NaN3 to rapidly produce nitrogen which fills the bag.
