Straight up not guilty self defense. Didn't shoot until there was a gun pointed at him. He sounded clearly surprised. There's no way to prove he knew he was being recorded. He shot at her until he could run which is reasonable and what the law permits.

I'm wondering if his gun might've held a powerful caliber/load, such as .357 or .40. It looks (to me) like you can see her (upper) body twitching with several rounds' landing, as she lays progressively over/down/sideways. Nice grouping if so, esp. while he's supposedly trying to dodge/retreat.  |
