A man has been arrested after the February deadly shooting of a woman in Sacramento, according to the police department.

Officials said Avonte Teasley, 32, was arrested for murder.

But once she tossed the gun and wasn't a threat anymore, the other guy still returned fire. Once she was unarmed, he should have stopped shooting. At least, that's what the prosecution will say against him in favor of murder.

I'm not on anyone's side, but I think that even with the above being said he still has a good case for self-defense. In all likelihood he'll get a court appointed attorney that'll plead it down to manslaughter and he'll get 10 years.
