No. She didn't get blown up there by the shots. She was already seated on top of it.

The very beginning, shows undisturbed blood that trickled down the wall and to the floor.

There are no splintered furniture, like that plastic chair. No bullet holes in the wall below her. The vegetables look untouched. And she didn't jump up there either as she'd most likely have been shot in the back and fell forward on her front first.
