Re: ~Woman Trying To Lift Heavy Weights Crushed To Death~
A fatal vanity lift. They should have this playing on repeat at gyms, as a reminder not to do that shit.

Despite the meat head not paying attention, the weight is 375 lbs, not 405 lbs. The bar on a Smith machine weighs 15 lbs, not 45 lbs. Remind me to never have you two assist at a powerlifting meet. |

Re: ~Woman Trying To Lift Heavy Weights Crushed To Death~
thanks for the correction. I take back everything I said since the weight was only 375 (I'm kidding)

Re: ~Woman Trying To Lift Heavy Weights Crushed To Death~
I believe the weight was less than 375. She wouldn't have been able to lift 375 from the starting position plus how easily the guys removed it from off of her. Doesn't matter how much, what matters is it was too heavy & whoever selected that weight for her didn't train her properly to lift that weight. Furthermore & above all else there was no safety guard/catch/latch to prevent the bar from going low enough to injury her.
