That little smug look is what gets me  , as if he's expecting applause for this. I sincerely hope he changed his mind and sought medical attention and they got him into an ambulance.....and JUST when he thought he was going to live, a blood vessel he had only nicked during this attempt suddenly burst open and he bled to fucking death.
