Moment SUV splashed the water 6:10 Electrics off 6:19 Would be about 8 minutes she could have had to open the window while the car was...seemingly still on. Wonder what she was doing with her cell though...she didn't call her mom or 911....it would really be annoying if she was actually doing a selfie to share. I can see people doing that in this time period. |
