Even if you don't know any CPR, just holding her fucking hand would make a MASSIVE difference.

In other countries, many may not go between the attacker and the victim but they will swarm to give help in whatever way they can after the attacker is gone. like holding each limb and dragging the victim to a hospital like a wounded animal. Its just the way they thought they can help without hurting themselves. But when the government lay down a rule that only rescuers and police may touch a victim or a crime scene, then the wanna-be-helper begins to have second thoughts. Especially if the wanna be helpers are just foreigners to that country, or of the lower class or if they have something about themselves they need to conceal. Like an overstaying tourist or something... Personally. much as i like to browse on gore sites, being there when it actually happens would probably shock me to a sudden stillness...

Watching that video and looking at the knife's length, i shudder when i imagine every stroke going all the way through the body especially the last ones at the back of the neck... felt sorry for the victim.
