It is not. Most likely, the killer was a drug dealer or member of the police force. The DR is a sad state in which the law only benefits the people that have connections. If a foreigner tourist gets arrested, the police run a credit check to see how much money they can get from them. Sad, but the DR is full of corruption from the very top to the bottom of the shit hole.  |

The whole things does not make sense. It appears that she was attacked before trying to get into the car. Her abnormal waking caught my attention and is due to fact she is missing her right shoe. She was definitely familiar with the car when she placed her phone in a car's familiar location. Additionally, her body language also confirms it. She had done this many times before. Lastly, it does not make sense to try to break in to a car at the most visible area opposite from the ignition. |
