I am a little confused though. Is the guy we see trapped in the first 2 videos the one that died or is he the one that got away with just leg injuries? Then in the last video you see the dead one and they do look and dress similar but he's no longer trapped, aas if he got violently knocked to the side during the crash.

So at the 3 second mark there is a noise, the perp turns his head away and there is spooge on the side of his head. Was that a gunshot, egg or did he get hoarked on?
