Sri Lanka, A female teacher a mother of two, was killed in the accident. The driver of the truck was arrested in connection with the incident and police are conducting further investigations.  |

In all fairness to the truck driver, I don't know if he could see her, being so close to the front of the truck, it might be a blind spot.
