Magdalena, the accused woman who murdered a young woman after pushing her on the subway tracks at Dristor Station, does not recognize that she would have kicked the young woman with her leg and claims she had a "despair" and a " decay "because of a food-free and shelter life.

UPDATE 15:10 - Magdalena Şerban, the woman accused of killing a young woman after pushing her on the subway tracks at Dristor station, remains in preventive arrest, the Bucharest Court of Appeal decided on Wednesday.

The judges rejected her appeal and maintained the decision of the Bucharest Court of Preventive Arrest.

According to judicial sources, Magdalena Şerban told the judges at the Bucharest Court, when the request for preventive arrest was discussed, that she had a lifeless food and shelter life.

She also opened several malpractice lawsuits because she had medical problems but these trials have not been completed.

The woman would have said that, for these reasons, she had a "despair" and a "decadence" due to a "lack of hope".

According to the sources, Magdalena Serban also said she was innocent.

In connection with the incident at Dristor Station, the woman claims she was disturbed by the music that the young woman listens on her headphones, would have gone into an "altercation" and "embarrassment" with it, and did not recognize that she would have hit the young woman with the foot, as it shows on surveillance cameras.

Magdalena Şerban will undergo a psychiatric expertise and she will be hospitalized at the Jilava Penitentiary Hospital.
