30-year-old Elidiangela M.d.S., a supervisor at a call centre, was on her way to work when she was run over by a bus, killing her at the scene. The bus driver said he had attempted to brake, but he was speeding and was unable to avoid running over the woman.

Again, we see a witness to the accident put his hands on top of his head. This seems to be a common occurrence in many videos here, without regard to race, creed, religion, country or any other factor it seems.
I wonder if this is some sort of instinctive action where one is trying to protect their head/brain from similar trauma that has been observed.
