That's good that you feel that way, despite it not being your ideal. We've seen many times over (especially on this site), where forbidden love (whether due to race or religion), has resulted in the death (either by suicide or 'honour' killing) of those involved. Take my son for example. He's 3 quarters mixed European, then equally Chinese + Vietnamese. Looking at him, you wouldn't think he's more white than East Asian. He's got long black fluffy textured hair, his skin is a caramel colour (+ goes darker in the summer), he has an Asian skull shape + his eyes are 'slanted'. Would you have an issue for your son or daughter being in a relationship with him? He's more white than East Asian, but visually, he does not look it.

Not at all Simone, I wouldn't have a problem if it's a fait accompli, if it's already a done deal. But like I said in my response to you, I can only educate my kids as to what I see as their duty to perpetuate one's race, but once they become an adult, I will not stand in the way of what they perceived to be their happiness. Furthermore, since I, for one, always treat people as individuals, I'm sure I would love whoever they choose just as much as anyone else, White or not—including any potential non-white offspring of theirs.

Simone, out of respect for you and for you as a parent, as such, I wouldn't presume to advise you on your choices as a mother, or anything regarding your relationship with your kids—as that is only your prerogative.

I believe each family needs to address these issues individually at this point, since the cat is already out of the bag, so to speak.

There have always been mixed populations throughout the history of mankind, but their numbers have always been relatively small, so that they never endangered the survival and existence of the main, distinct ethnic groups.

It's only a matter of proportion.

I just love your euphemisms relating to making babies, I'm going to start using them with my friends, because all of them love everything British, it's funny how everybody treats you better here if you speak with an authentic British accent—which I can do btw, lol.


I hope you're right about you beautiful Brits not dying out, the American English pronunciation is so disgustingly unlettered when compared to RP. I can actually speak with a posh, Chelsea accent, lol.

One thing I find hard to swallow though is the Scouse accent (Liverpool). It's not far behind the Dutch accent, LMAO.

Ah, don't make the mistake of calling someone's child a potato though, haha! It's a term used for 'special' children, usually the retarded type that are the product of inbred junkie parents.

RP, cockney + Estuary are the only English accents I can tolerate. The other 30+ accents are vile, especially the Northern ones!
