driver's fault. place looks like a parking lot and everyone have the right to either walk or drive in the middle of it. driver who cant see whats behind his vehicle should make sure he would hit nothing or have somebody else make sure for him. most countries, truckers have co drivers or some handy guy who unloads from the truck.
