Regardless of neglect she is still dead. Whether a light is red and you see a car which appears to be not stopping do you take it upon the light being red that the car will stop or do you make your own judgement and move out of the way. Point being regardless of pedestrians having the right of way some times things happen and a little common sense can be the difference between life and death.

DESPITE ALL THAT IT WASNT A ROAD AS SUCH AND EVERY DRIVER IN THE WORLD IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE SURE HE KNOWS WHAT IS BEHIND HIM IF HE IS REVERSING, SECONDLY THERE WERE TWO OF THEM IN THE TRUCK , ITS NORMALLY A GOOD IDEA TO GET YOUR VAN MATES LAZY FUCKING ASS OUT THE SEAT AND THE DOOR AND WATCH YOU BACK, SIMPLE SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEM, JUST REQUIRES A TINY BIT OF BRAIN MATTER , AND SOMEONE WHO IS REASONABLY GOOD AT HIS JOB !  |
