Update on this: September 7, 2021 "The First Criminal Court of the Barranquilla Circuit sentenced Marco Andrés Fontalvo Arrieta , alias Marquito, as the perpetrator of the murder of Cielo Payares Pava to 18 years in prison . After accepting the charges brought in preliminary hearings by the 11th Specialized Prosecutor's Office, Fontalvo Arrieta's sentence was lowered from 36 to 18 years in prison. "I apologize, I made a mistake," the perpetrator asserted at the time." Wow. Only eighteen years for murdering an old woman without a second thought. It's on video, his guilt is irrefutable. Why didn't they just execute his ass and save the money they're gonna spend on housing and feeding him? Fucking useless piece of shit that does nothing but destroy his society. |
