The cones ~ It looks like at first the two men in the background were setting the cones like they would to close the car park. But when they saw the guy who was holding up his arm to stop traffic (and his right arm was up for the traffic coming through that 14 foot wall, of course!!!), they were in motion to move the cones to the middle of the road to make a lane of traffic to the right, around the body. A lot of running around to do it, but that’s what I get out of it…  |
