Re: Woman Jumps from Burning Building
She definitely did not jump. When she let go with her hand on the top windowsill that was it for her. I’m sure it was really hot! The bricks around the window would’ve been very hot because the fire was right there. I’m surprise she hold on as long as she did! That poor woman… No fire exit. |

...this is why you need to establish scale in your opening shots. That drop was far higher than I first suspected, and it places her desperation better context.

Re: Woman Jumps from Burning Building
Bloodcurdling scream... poor woman, such heroic will to live, and the courage to make it to that narrow ledge... this one moved me a lot... With the volume maxed out, the sound of her going through the tree foliage is very clear, and so I was hoping she lived, especially since they didn't cover her, but now I don't see how, even if she hit soft ground... oh, man(( |

Re: Woman Jumps from Burning Building
My goodness. This is one of the saddest videos. She was forced out the window. She tried so hard to live. I hate seeing videos where the person dying is TRYING to do the opposite. Poor lady. She’s a beast for being able to last as long as she did.
