Good point. It could have possibly been exactly like that. I don't remember where I fucking read about it or if I heard someone talking about it The new law though is catered specifically to a situation like this. That little girl that was 2-3 years old, and was ran over at that open air market and laid in the road dying for two hours with people walking passed even stepping over her until she finally did pass away was the catalyst that made the law. It also can be directed to people who clean up their neighborhood and parks and shit like that also. Could use something like that here also imo  |
